All those years ago Led Zeppelin sang about coming from the land of ice and snow. Years later, that fascination continues with the love affair for HBO's Game of Thrones series and support from the hard rock and metal community. Just take a listen to the new Catch the Throne, Vol. The highly anticipated mixtape is helping to build the buzz for fifth season premiere April 12 on HBO. Anthrax's contribution is a song called "Soror Irrumator," a track with a driving guitar sound, impressive drums and Joey Belladonna providing a rallying cry. Killswitch Engage, who previously previewed a snippet of "Loyalty" at Loudwire, unleash the song in its full brutality on the new mixtape. Mastodon offered up " White Walker " in advance of the release and the more contemplative track offers a change of pace from what fans of the band are used to.
