I love what I do and I think I have the best job in the world. I became passionate about health and fitness early in my life while running track and racing triathlons. I began studying everything there was to know about training and racing. I graduated with honors from Miami University with a B. I have had incredible experiences working at some amazing places! In addition, my time working with pre and post surgery patients in a physical therapy clinic allowed me the chance to treat many types of injuries. Holding numerous certifications has enabled me to teach a variety of fitness and nutrition classes as well as train others to become fitness leaders in the field. However I enjoy writing fitness programs for endurance athletes the most.
